At Creating Brighter Futures, we provide center-based pediatric therapy for children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disorders. We offer Applied Behavior Analysis therapy and Social Skills groups. Our goal is to provide the skills, teaching environments, and learning opportunities necessary to improve the quality of life for each of our clients in a center-based setting. Each child will receive the best individualized, evidence-based treatments available.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Specific Job Responsibilities: 

  • Administrative
    • Manage phone calls and correspondence
    • Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Assist with a variety of administrative projects assigned
    • Monitor and manage supplies inventory
    • Manage waitlists
    • Assist in audit preparation
    • Assist in obtaining therapy authorizations
    • Provide general support to visitors
    • Collect client payments
    • Send out and track responses to client and staff satisfaction surveys
  • Human Resources
    • Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information
    • Assists with documentation regarding grievances, terminations, absences, and performance reports
    • Provide new employees required paperwork
    • Responsible for monitoring and keeping all employee required training up to date
    • Posts job openings, gathers information from applicants, verifies background checks
    • Audits HR records to ensure compliance with all necessary entities
  • Social Media/Company Event Coordinator
    • Maintain the company’s social media accounts
    • Create content/posts to be posted 2-4 times per week
    • Confirm consent from clients before taking/using photos within the center
    • Coordinate client and employee events throughout the year
    • Maintain a budget when planning events

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in human resources, business management, marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Clear Criminal Background Check
  • Provide two (2) professional references
