Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assistant Spa Manager Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Spa Support Team management, including Guest Advisors and Spa Attendants
- Assist management with recruiting, interviewing, training team members
- Manage team schedules, requests off, and maximizing weekly schedules
- Personal sales as well as provide sales leadership: Motivate and train team to educate guests about treatments and products, providing an exceptional guest experience, motivate and inform team of contests within retail, membership and gift cards with motivation, role play and more
- Customer service: ensure guest satisfaction pre and post appointments, ensuring guest satisfaction is the highest in the industry
- Reporting: work with management to provide weekly sales, payroll reports bi-weekly and EOM numbers
- Cleanliness: have ownership of treatment rooms and storage areas to be clean, tidy and stocked
- Ensure state regulations are followed and up to date
- Community relations: Work with management to maintain relationships with local schools; attend job fairs, recruiting opportunities
- Inventory and supply management monthly
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
Assistant Spa Manager Job Requirements:
- Managerial experience; 1 year minimum retail or spa
- Flexible schedule a must
- Sales experience
- Goal driven
- Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
- Professional, and drug/alcohol free
- Time management and organization skills
- Computer proficient
