- We are seeking motivated professionals for the positions of BCaBA to provide a variety of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with special needs, including individual therapy, group/social skills therapy, and educational placement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Adhere to professional and legal requirements, the principles of behavior analysis and demonstrates sound professional judgment at all times
- Collaborate with families, caregivers and all service providers as necessary to ensure continuity of care
- Perform direct and indirect assessments to identify the function of client’s behaviors
- Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies
- Attend all relevant meetings for clients, including treatment team meetings, IEP/ISP
- Work effectively as a part of a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Attend any insurance authorization review calls for any individual on their caseload
- Provide supervision, training and support to clients, staff members and caregivers
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented treatment plan and modify the plan as necessary
- Prepare and submit all required documentation on time
- Maintain scheduled meetings with the BCBA to maintain supervision standards and exceptional service delivery
- Perform other duties as requested/assigned
Qualifications
Individuals qualified for the BCaBA positions should have background and extensive knowledge in the field of applied behavior analysis and possess a minimum of:
- Board certification or enrolled in coursework toward certification
- Prefer 2 years of experience working with children with special needs, including autism
- Prefer 1 year of experience overseeing/training staff
