Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and Implement Programs: Utilize top-notch assessment tools and data to create and execute effective treatment programs that drive meaningful progress for clients.

  • Collaborate with Experts: Partner with our in-house interdisciplinary team of Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Providers, and Psychologists to deliver integrated, holistic care.

  • Receive Supervision and Feedback: Both Behavior Consultants and BCBA Trainees will benefit from hands-on supervision and feedback. BCBA Trainees will receive tailored guidance from experienced BCBAs to support their journey toward certification. Behavior Consultants will lead and mentor Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  • Prepare for Certification: BCBA Trainees will engage in activities specifically designed to prepare for and pass the BCBA exam, receiving tailored support and supervision throughout the process.

Qualifications

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • For Behavior Consultant:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

    • Enrollment in or completion of an accredited Master’s program to become a BCBA.

    • RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Certification.

    • Certificate in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) and First Aid/CPR (training available if not already certified).

  • For BCBA Trainee:

    • Master’s Degree in a related field.

    • Must be eligible for the BACB exam to become a BCBA.

    • Must have completed 2,000 hours of clinical supervision hours.

    • Completion of all BACB requirements to sit for the BCBA exam.

    • Must sit for the BACB BCBA exam within 6 months of hire.

    • Preferred: Certificate in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) and First Aid/CPR (training available if not already certified).
