In this role, you’ll work directly with children, adolescents, and adults through 1:1 ABA therapy, helping develop essential life, communication, and social skills, all while benefiting from a reliable full-time schedule, hands‑on training, and clear career growth opportunities.
Pay: $19 – $24 / hour
Schedule:
- Consistent scheduling with predictable weekly expectations
- Monday – Friday (Saturdays available)
- This is an In‑Home position that involves working 1:1 with children and families in their own homes and community settings.

*Benefits available for Full-Time employees after 90 days and maintaining an average of 30 hours / week.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home or community setting
- Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
- Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Submit session notes and documentation as required
- Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
- Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)
- Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided
- Travel between session locations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- RBT certification preferred – we’ll help you get certified if you aren’t already!
- Prior ABA experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Comfortable working with individuals who have autism or developmental disabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situations
