In this role, you’ll work directly with children through 1:1 ABA therapy and group sessions, helping develop essential life, communication, and social skills, all while benefiting from a reliable full-time schedule, hands‑on training, and clear career growth opportunities.
Pay: $18 – $23 / hour
Schedule:
- Guaranteed full-time hours
- Consistent scheduling with predictable weekly expectations
- Monday – Friday 8:15am – 4:45pm
- This is an In-Clinic position

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy along with group sessions in clinic
- Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
- Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Submit session notes and documentation as required
- Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
- Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)
- Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- RBT certification preferred – we’ll help you get certified if you aren’t already!
- Prior ABA experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Comfortable working with children with special needs
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situations
