You will be an employee and not an independent contractor (1099). Therefore, the agency pays social security, unemployment tax, and professional liability insurance. All employees (including part time) are eligible for benefits.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic intervention in the location scheduled in accordance with the policies and requirements of PlayDate as well as the service arrangements spelled out in the service plan.
- Responsibilities may include:
- Engaging in play
- Prompting social interactions
- Assisting with community engagement
- Preparing meals in accordance with dietary restrictions
- Maintain trainings and necessary certifications
- Data collection
As an ABA therapist, you’ll provide behavior support to improve the lives of individuals living with various disabilities. Your daily responsibilities may include writing behavior support plans, collecting data and working with a multidisciplinary team. You will work with clients one-on-one and in groups.
You look for ways to incorporate behavior treatment into every aspect of the client’s life. Communicating with teachers, parents, family members and other caregivers is an essential component of providing effective treatment.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· High school diploma/GED
· Successful background check
· Employees must be willing/able to transport children in personal vehicle
