Job Duties and Responsibilities
What you will do as our next Bistro Cook
- Be the “face of our company” as you are an ambassador responsible for hotel operation in absence of our General Manager, making our guests feel welcome.
- Be a leader as you plan menus, interview and coach and train the F&B team
- Showcase your organizational and leadership skills as you maintain accurate financial records, promote safety, and identify areas for improvement.
- Be a team player as we work hard and have lots of fun!

Qualifications
What you need to be successful as Bistro Cook
- Have a fun, positive, and energetic personality.
- Culinary Degree; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Brand experience preferred.
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
