Schedule:
• Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Schedule will not exceed an average of 40 hours per week

Supervision
• Oversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs) on their caseload, providing guidance and clinical support as needed.
Clinical Oversight
• Provide clinical support and supervision to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans, conducting fidelity checks on treatment plan writing and session execution.
• Review and ensure the accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including assistance with data collection and outcome measurement.
• Conduct regular meetings with RBTs to review cases, ensure supervision documentation, monitor clinical progress, and ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery.
• Ensure the team is consistently meeting productivity standards, including the completion of daily sessions and other required activities.
Client Caseload
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 billable hours per week (about 104 billable hours per month).
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (i.e., skills assessments and functional behavior assessments).
• Develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct care to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (if needed).
• Complete all session documentation and billing within 24 hours of service delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Provide comprehensive training to caregivers, equipping them with the necessary skills and strategies to support the implementation of behavior plans and promote progress.
• Maintain communication with staff and clients via consistent responding to emails and phone, when available.
Operational & Administrative Support
• Ensure RBTs consistently complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage and maintain all data systems in accordance with BACB and company standards and requirements; ensure all employees are following proper protocols and policies relative to documentation and data collection.
• Prepare and provide clinical and operational data relative to clinic/team metrics to key stakeholders.
Additional Duties
• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of the department.
Qualifications
• Master’s Degree or higher required
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Missouri Behavior Analyst License required
• CPR (Adult, Child & Infant) and First Aid Certification required
• FCSR background clearance required
• Completion of BACB-required supervision training
Experience:
• Experience in behavior analysis
• Experience writing and implementing behavior analytic programs

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted

• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens
• Moderate noise level; temperature may vary by environment
