Your Role – BCBA / Board Certified Behavior Analyst
As a BCBA at Aim Star Learning, you’ll be the guiding star for our clients, helping them navigate their unique paths to success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing & Implementing Programs: Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with CBTs, parents, and other staff to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitoring Progress: Conduct regular assessments, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize client outcomes.
  • Training & Mentoring: Provide ongoing training and support to CBTs and other staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Family Involvement: Engage with families to educate and empower them, ensuring they are active participants in their child’s progress.

What We’re Looking For – BCBA / Board Certified Behavior Analyst

  • Certified & Qualified: You hold a current BCBA and LBA certification and have a deep understanding of ABA principles and practices.

  • Experienced: Preferably, you have experience working in a clinical setting, though recent graduates with a zest for learning are welcome.

Salary Range: $72,000.00 – $102,000.00.
Signing bonus: $5,000.00

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a BCBA, you will:
 *   Administer, conduct, evaluate and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
 *   Develop individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs; based on functional assessment results and data.
 *   Develop and complete comprehensive written individual treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
 *   Create recommendations for comprehensive services.
 *   Adhere to insurance regulations and authorized services per client
 *   Submit individual behavior plans and other required documents to insurance companies and referring providers for reauthorizations every 6 months or as or as required.
 *   Submit plans for review to the Clinical Director 30 days prior to expiration

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification
  • License in WA
  • Master’s degree
  • Ability to supervise and train others
  • Reliable means of transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships
  • Able to work in a variety of environments including home, clinic, community and school settings
  • Precision Teaching Experience
  • BACB supervision requirement met

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience with Naturalistic Teaching Models such as Pivotal Response Training
  • Bilingual and/or bicultural background, a plus
