Our locally woman-owned, purpose-led organization serving the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas is expanding to the West Valley, including Glendale, Avondale, and North Phoenix. Seeking culturally aligned, innovative and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to advance our passion for increasing access to Autism diagnoses and delivering exceptional applied behavior analysis services, while growing in responsibility with clear pathways for advancement.

Best-in-class compensation packages include a base plus bonus structure and a salary range of $93,000 to $115,000, nine paid holidays, paid sick time, plus up to 80% employer paid employee-only healthcare premium. For a limited time, Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts may qualify for a hiring and retention bonus up to $10,000.

These full-time, center-based roles allow for schedule flexibility with opportunities to support home and community-based care. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will train and manage a team of assistant supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior technicians/RBTs while expanding your expertise through excellent opportunities to learn and grow. From individualized treatment plans grounded in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis, to functional behavior assessments (FBA), you will innovate and collaborate to create, monitor, and maintain individualized ABA-based programs for children with Autism across clinic, school, home, and community environments.
Qualified candidates hold a master’s degree in a relevant field, maintain BACB certification, and possess a current Arizona Behavior Analyst licensure, or eligibility. Experience supervising clinical teams and delivering evidence-based Autism treatment is essential.
