Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implements sales strategies to achieve company growth and profitability goals.
- Updates the sales pipeline and ensures that all sales opportunities are effectively tracked and managed.
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
- Collaborates with other departments, such as operations and accounting, to ensure sales efforts align with overall company goals and objectives.
- Prepares and presents sales reports to senior management to provide insight into sales performance and market trends.
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the life safety industry
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of fire alarm & A.R.C systems and related codes and regulations.
- Ability to travel to meet with customers and attend industry meetings and events as needed.
