About the Role
As Clinical Director, you will guide patient care and serve as a mentor, collaborator, and strategic leader. We are looking for a people person who deeply understands and values the full scope of physical therapy, from post-op rehab and deconditioning to vestibular therapy, pelvic health, and pediatrics.
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in clinical excellence and staff development and is comfortable building relationships with referral sources and physicians.

- Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical team with integrity, compassion, and clinical excellence
- Provide hands-on patient care across all therapy areas, including vestibular, pelvic health, orthopedics, neuro, and pediatric PT
- Mentor and support clinicians, interns, and staff in delivering exceptional care
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic and ensure efficiency and a high standard of service
- Assist with marketing and outreach efforts, including visits to local physicians and healthcare partners
- Collaborate with ownership to help expand services and assist in opening future clinic locations
- Ensure compliance with FYZICAL standards, local regulations, and best practices
Qualifications
- Possess a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a PT clinic
- Passion for treating a diverse caseload, including vestibular, pelvic floor, pediatric, and orthopedic patients
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the clinic
- Comfortable engaging with referring providers and marketing the clinic’s unique capabilities
