We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Community Liaison to support and grow our clinics in Baton Rouge, Prairieville, Lafayette, and Alexandria. This role focuses on community outreach, physician and referral-source relationships, and brand visibility. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners
- Conduct in-person marketing visits and follow-ups within assigned territory
- Represent FYZICAL at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with clinic leadership and administration
- Track outreach efforts and referral activity- On Outfield App.
- Support brand awareness and growth across all assigned locations
- Travel regularly between Baton Rouge, Prairieville, Lafayette, and Alexandria clinics (Lafayette is the hub facility)
- Prepare reports of business transactions and maintain accurate expense accounts
- Monitor and report on set KPIs

Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, and/or business development is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working independently and on the road
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Familiarity with the local Louisiana healthcare market is a plus
