Job Duties and Responsibilities
What you will do as our next Cook
- Be a Leader as you manage day-to-day operations, schedules and coordinate the work of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen employees to assure that food preparation is economical and technically correct and within budgeted labor cost goals.
- Put our best foot forward as you develop standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation which help to assure consistently high quality and to minimize food costs.
- Showcase your organizational and leadership skills as you develop policies and procedures to enhance and measure quality and continually update written policies and procedures to reflect state-of-the-art techniques, equipment, and terminology.
- Be a team player as we work hard and have lots of fun!
Qualifications
What you need to be successful as a Cook
- Have a fun, positive, and energetic personality.
- Develops standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation
- Cooks or directly supervises the cooking of items that require skillful preparation.
- Evaluates products to assure that quality, price and related goods are consistently met.
