Job Duties and Responsibilities
General Duties
- Driving sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing procurement processes through the Coupa platform
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cost-effective sourcing decisions, supply chain efficiency, and compliance with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for assigned categories, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Coupa Platform Management:
- Oversee and manage the use of Coupa for procurement activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and invoice management. Ensure accurate data entry, compliance with sourcing policies, and efficient workflow within the platform.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions. Monitor supplier performance and work closely with vendors to resolve issues or improve service delivery.
Market Analysis & Cost Optimization:
- Perform market analysis to identify emerging trends, new suppliers, and potential cost-saving opportunities. Utilize Coupa’s analytics and reporting features to track procurement metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments, including Finance, Operations, and Legal, to ensure alignment with business needs and procurement goals. Provide support and guidance to internal teams on procurement processes within Coupa.
Contract Management & Compliance:
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure that all contracts are aligned with organizational objectives and compliance standards. Ensure that the sourcing processes in Coupa align with legal and ethical requirements.
Process Improvement & Training:
- Continuously assess procurement processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations. Provide training and support to internal teams on best practices for using Coupa effectively.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance, savings achieved, and key sourcing initiatives to senior leadership. Leverage Coupa’s reporting tools to monitor progress against targets.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency with Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
- Experience in sourcing and managing suppliers across multiple categories (direct and indirect).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Certification in Procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
