This outpatient physical therapy opportunity prioritizes one-on-one patient care, provides a diverse population, and has the opportunity for career growth with great benefits. This is a front desk position, but all employees will be trained to work with patients doing exercises and in the use of modalities for treatment. Therefore, this candidate would be dynamic, have a heart for people, have an attention to detail, be energetic, have an exercise background, and have a vision for long term commitment to the business.

We are looking for a client care specialist (40 hours/week), who is reliable an can commit to 3+ years of work. We look forward to interviewing all qualified candidates.

We want to see our staff grow into excellent professionals, so we take extra time to mentor through in-services and offer access to Fyzical’s national education division teaching therapists advanced techniques in Vestibular, Manual Orthopedic therapy, Pelvic Health, and more.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming manner

  • Skilled at handling incoming calls, fax, and emails

  • Strong communication skills required, able to effectively communicate with others including employees, physicians, patients, and insurance companies

  • Comfortable with computers, ability to handle uploading and downloading files

  • Verify insurance coverage and collect co-payments

  • Cash handling

  • Competent phone skills

  • Data entry

  • Scheduling patients

  • MS Suite familiarity, Excel, and Word, GMAIL, proficient with Mac computers

  • Able to spell and type proficiently

  • Ability to handle HIPPA sensitive information

  • Lead patients through exercises and use of modalities with correct form and posture

  • Fold laundry and clean the office

  • Troubleshoot errors within the systems we use within the office

Qualifications

  • H.S. grad or equivalent

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. required

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Self-starter, desire to serve

  • Dynamic team player

  • Exercise Background

  • Have a heart for people
