The Goal of this position is to provide expert-level discipline and end-to-end management of digital strategies and tactics for the brand to drive discoverability, engagement and consideration, conversion, and loyalty.  The Digital Marketing Manager participates in the planning, execution, and follow-up reporting of digital integrations for department programs, promotions, and initiatives, both on-going and ad-hoc. This position is also responsible for the on-going optimization, improvement, and analysis of owned and paid media channels, ensuring accuracy, brand fit, and maximized return. Tasks and exposure will require frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Facilities, and Training, in addition to all Marketing department verticals, interacting with all levels of employees from hourly to executive leadership.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

CRM Planning, Development, Management, and Analysis
o Expert management of the brand’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud account by working directly in the platform to activate and optimize effective campaigns
o Manage the CRM calendar, ensure alignment with all company initiatives, and work with content designer to ensure on-time and on-brand delivery
o Establish Salesforce tracking integrations for email delivery in order to create standalone CRM reporting and to link into broader campaign analysis
o Work cross-functionally with internal IT partners and external contractors to achieve a well-rounded communication ecosystem for consumer lifecycles

Performance Marketing, Social Media Management, and Listings Management
o Build and execute expert-level performance marketing campaigns, including creation, deployment, on-going optimization, and post-mortem analysis
o Lead all internal social media content execution and social listening efforts for all organic channels and for all brands
o Provide digital activation support for department initiatives including live events and activations, fundraisers, new site openings, etc.
o Foster the relationship with listings management agency and provide direction for improvement or adjustments as needed

Mobile App Management and Reporting
o Assist with design, copywriting, creation, setup, testing, deployment and optimization of all in-app activations and advertising materials
o Creation and maintenance of key reporting for mobile app performance to both field and leadership audiences
o Provide site-level support for all questions and technical challenges with mobile app or related applications

Website Content Management, Analytics, and Optimization
o Lead efforts around SEO improvement in collaboration with website agency, in addition to general updates to brand websites as needed
o Leverage expertise in Google Analytics to establish fully optimized tracking and visibility into website visitor behavior across all brand websites
o Analyze results and synthesize recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Self-starter with a service/support mentality and the ability to work quicky and accurately, both independently and in a team environment
  • Organized and thorough ‘project manager’ mindset with strong attention to detail, process, and follow-through
  • Positive, energetic personality and resilient attitude under pressure, time constraints, and changing priorities
  • Expert-level ability to work within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to build and activate automations, contact management, and advise on best practices
  • Expert-level ability to work within the Google and Meta ad platforms to creating effective and cost-efficient paid digital ads
  • Fluency in Google Analytics and the ability to establish corresponding tracking measures (pixels, UTMs, etc.) to ensure a fully observable digital ecosystem
  • Intermediate skills in analyzing and interpreting raw data to develop insights on performance and create recommendations for future initiatives
  • Intermediate skills in graphic design or art design with experience in Adobe or Canva platforms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Digital Marketing or Marketing discipline▪Professional and clean uniform and appearance
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate Digital Marketing role or similar
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
