Job Duties and Responsibilities
Dishwasher Responsibilities
- Clean plates, glasses, silverware, and dining room serve ware.
- Clean pots, pans, food storage, and other food service equipment.
- Assist with food prep during slower service periods as directed by the kitchen manager.
- Dispose of kitchen trash.
- Support line cooks during busy service times.
- Clean and maintain the dish machine and relevant equipment.
- Follow kitchen cleaning schedules and standards, including post-service station breakdown.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for communal area cleaning.
