The Division Vice President, Operations (DVP) is a senior operational leader responsible for driving consistent, profitable growth across a multi-region portfolio of ZIPS Car Wash locations. As a member of the extended senior leadership team, the DVP owns end-to-end field operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, strong financial performance, and disciplined execution of brand-aligned operations at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic and Operational Leadership

  • Translate company strategy and operational priorities into clear, executable plans across the division
  • Partner with the COO and cross-functional leaders to evolve operating models, systems, and standards
  • Ensure consistent execution of ZIPS brand standards across all sites in the division

Financial and Business Performance

  • Own divisional P&L performance, driving profitable revenue growth through disciplined expense management and top-line execution
  • Use data and insights to proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Balance growth initiatives with operational stability and asset protection

Customer and Member Growth

Champion member satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value
Ensure sales protocols and service behaviors are consistently executed with integrity
Drive throughput, speed, and convenience without compromising safety or quality

People and Culture Leadership

Build a high-performing, values-aligned leadership bench across director-, district-, and site-level management teams
Coach, develop, and retain top talent with clear succession pipelines
Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement

Operational Excellence and Maintenance

Ensure sites operate safely, efficiently, and reliably through strong preventative maintenance discipline
Minimize downtime and operational variability through standardization and cultivation of best practices
Partner with Facilities and Operations Excellence teams to address training opportunities

Continuous Improvement and Scaling

Identify, pilot, and scale best practices across the division
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor dynamics, and evolving customer expectations
Lead change effectively in a fast-growing, dynamic environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of senior multi-unit operations leadership experience in a consumer-facing environment
  • 1+ years of car wash multi-unit experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Able to travel to markets (every other week)
  • Able to work around loud equipment
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Able to walk, stand for long periods of time, reach, stretch, squat, and lift up to 20 pounds
