Join Our Team as a FP&A Senior Analyst at Healthworks!
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the finance department of a dynamic healthcare organization? At Healthworks, we’re looking for a passionate FP&A Senior Analyst who will be instrumental in driving strategic decision-making and supporting our growth objectives through insightful data analysis.
What You’ll Do:
As our FP&A Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Analyze Data: Collect and interpret financial and operational data, identifying trends and key performance indicators that shape our business performance.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning, while evaluating new initiatives through cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments.
  • Improve Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies, facilitating workshops to gather insights and define project scopes.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Serve as a bridge between finance and operational teams, preparing and presenting your findings to senior management with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to relevant regulations and compliance standards within financial reporting and data management processes.
  • Conduct Research: Perform economic and market research to outline growth strategies for new markets or business lines, including financial projections and labor market analysis.
  • Support Leadership: Provide ad-hoc analysis for our CFO and executive team as needed.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CMA) are a plus.
  • With 3-5 years of experience in a business or financial analyst role, you bring strong skills in financial modeling and data analysis (Excel, SQL, BI software like Tableau or Power BI).
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting is a bonus!
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication skills to convey complex data clearly.
  • You thrive both independently and in collaborative environments, adapting quickly in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations is an advantage.

Must live within traveling/commuting distance to Douglassville, Pennsylvania headquarters.  This is a hybrid role of in office and remote work.
