Job Duties and Responsibilities
Optician job responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers choose the right frames and lenses based on their preferences and prescriptions.
- Provide information on product features, lens options, and pricing.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Stay informed about the latest eyewear trends and product offerings.
Qualifications
Optician required skills & qualifications include:
- No previous experience required—training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for fashion and helping others.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
