INNESS is seeking Guest Service Night Auditor to oversee and enhance all aspects of the overnight guest experience at our idyllic countryside property.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the End Of Day procedures in Opera PMS
- Checking in late arrivals and checking out early departures
- Assist on-site guests with any issues that may arise overnight (Key/Locks, TV troubleshooting, transport from room to vehicle, etc.)
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of property and all events and offerings
- Escorting guests and luggage from main reception area to their cabin or guestroom via hotel transportation, and providing an inviting and accurate arrival orientation to the property
- Fielding and handling all guest requests in a warm and courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction
- Working in a (stunning!) countryside environment that requires time outdoors, year-round
- Safely and competently assisting with vehicles, parking, and guest transport throughout the property
- Maintain organization and distribution of guest amenities and rental equipment
- Operate and assist guests with in-room and common area fireplaces and outdoor firepits
- Communicate effectively with daytime staff and management to ensure seamless operations between shifts.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Unwavering attention to guest satisfaction and property details
- Ability to work on your feet, spend time outdoors, and lift 30+ pounds
- Weekend and holiday Overnight availability
- Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle and/or golf cart
- Reliable personal transportation
- Computer literacy- Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Suite
