Spavia Maple Grove is looking for a Guest Advisor to join our team. We’re an independently owned and operated luxury day spa in Maple Grove, MN — and we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves people, isn’t afraid to start a conversation, and gets excited about helping guests discover services, memberships, and wellness routines that fit their lives.
As the face of our spa, you set the tone the moment a guest walks through the door. We want someone polished and warm who treats every guest like they’re welcome in our home. This isn’t just a front desk position—it’s a relationship-building role where creating memorable guest experiences and confidently recommending memberships and services are essential to your success.
This is a part-time or full-time position. Saturday availability is required, plus at least one evening shift per week. The schedule we are looking to fill is Saturday 9 am-1 pm, Monday and Wed 3:30 to 8:30, and Tuesday 10 am to 6 pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Advisor Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting guests
- Scheduling appointments and answering phones
- Checking guests in and out and ensuring accuracy of all transactions
- Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space and reception area
- Membership, spa boutique and product sales
- Provide education to guests regarding our Spavia story, our spa boutique products and items, and our treatments offered for optimal results
- Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
- Willingness to work as a team player to proactively support the spa’s needs
- Attention to detail in all aspects of guest advisor responsibilities
Qualifications
Guest Advisor Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience strongly preferred
- Naturally outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving membership and sales goals
- Self-motivated, coachable, goal-driven, and dependable
- Strong multitasker with excellent attention to detail
- Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills
- Drug- and alcohol-free workplace
- Weekend and evening availability required — Saturday shifts are mandatory
- Part-time positions available
