Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Build Lasting Relationships: You’ll be a trusted partner to medical professionals, engaging with physician offices, hospitals, and clinics to ensure they are familiar with the transformative services offered by Hopebridge.
- Promote Our Mission: Through face-to-face networking, presentations, and office visits, you’ll share the Hopebridge story, helping to drive patient referrals and ensure children can access the services they need.
- Strategize and Collaborate: You’ll work closely with clinical teams, using market insights and data to create impactful strategies that meet our referral goals.
- Be a Problem Solver: Comfortably navigate complex, ambiguous situations, providing practical solutions that strengthen our relationships with medical professionals.
- Educate and Advocate: Deliver presentations, host events, and facilitate tours for healthcare professionals, keeping them informed about Hopebridge’s services and the importance of early autism intervention.
- Own Your Territory: You’ll be a key player in your designated market, managing referral sources, tracking your activities in Salesforce CRM, and staying informed about the latest trends in healthcare.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or MS preferred), with a focus in business, life sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in life sciences, biopharmaceuticals, or medical devices preferred. Proven sales and relationship management experience is essential.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must be proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Travel: You’ll be on the go! Daily travel within your territory is required, along with occasional overnight travel 2-3 times per month. You will be 80% travel and 20% at home.
- Autism Knowledge: Familiarity with the autism healthcare landscape is a plus but not required.
