Job Duties and Responsibilities

What will you do:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for carrying out all HR administrative and transactional components of HR to ensure KGH employees and the company are supported!

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out onboarding tasks to ensure new hires are appropriately set up to begin employment with KGH!
  • Carry out all offboarding tasks when employees depart
  • Coordinate and support employees with benefit administration, including new hires, life events, and assisting with open enrollment
  • Compile and send any required or requested HR data internally or to 3rd party representatives
  • Process employee changes and promotions in KGH’s HRIS platform
  • Manage HR related staff survey processes
  • Maintain staff credentialing with payors and staff licensures
  • Maintain and update clinical training certification records
  • Send HR related employee communications
  • Maintain injury records and support employees through the injury reporting process
  • Complete employment verifications and unemployment claims
  • Manage annual compliance requirements
  • Support the recruiting function as needed based on department bandwidth and needs

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required
  • 1-2 years of Human Resources experience required
  • Recruiting experience a plus!
