Job Duties and Responsibilities
What will you do:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for carrying out all HR administrative and transactional components of HR to ensure KGH employees and the company are supported!
Responsibilities:
- Carry out onboarding tasks to ensure new hires are appropriately set up to begin employment with KGH!
- Carry out all offboarding tasks when employees depart
- Coordinate and support employees with benefit administration, including new hires, life events, and assisting with open enrollment
- Compile and send any required or requested HR data internally or to 3rd party representatives
- Process employee changes and promotions in KGH’s HRIS platform
- Manage HR related staff survey processes
- Maintain staff credentialing with payors and staff licensures
- Maintain and update clinical training certification records
- Send HR related employee communications
- Maintain injury records and support employees through the injury reporting process
- Complete employment verifications and unemployment claims
- Manage annual compliance requirements
- Support the recruiting function as needed based on department bandwidth and needs
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required
- 1-2 years of Human Resources experience required
- Recruiting experience a plus!
