The HR Coordinator will support and manage onboarding for your region. You will work with the Recruiters and Customer Care Manager to ensure a smooth handoff from offer acceptance through new hire journey for all stakeholders. You will be responsible for quickly and efficiently onboarding all new staff for each office, creating best practices with a focus on candidate and manager satisfaction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all pre-employment screening requirements (background check, drug screen, reference checks, MVR, clinical license verification, etc.) are completed and results are tracked.
- Following up with candidates and vendors to ensure timely results.
- Complete and send offer letters for direct care and nursing staff.
- Creating and managing a tracking system where key stakeholders can see in real time where new hires are in the onboarding process.
- Communicating updates and changes in candidate status in a timely manner to hiring managers and recruiters if appropriate.
- Setting new hires up in onboarding in ADP and following up to ensure all new hire forms are completed in a timely manner. Completing the hiring process in ADP for all new hires. Setting candidates up in other systems as needed (ABS, etc.).
- Ensuring proper documents are uploaded as needed.
- Completing regular file audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Complete employment eligibility forms (I-9), ensuring compliance with federal rules and regulations.
- Conduct orientation training for new hires.
- Assist with recruiting as needed; attend job fairs/hiring events as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related degree or equivalent experience required.
- One year of human resources experience.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
- Must be able to effectively function with a high degree of autonomy in a high-volume, complex, decentralized environment, while effectively managing multiple priorities and meeting pre-determined deadlines.
- Experience working in high growth, rapidly evolving organizations where talent is a top priority
- Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles.
- Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions to issues that arise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
