Job Duties and Responsibilities

Human Resources Consultant job responsibilities include:

  • Use best practices in talent/recruitment to help clients find the perfect solutions for their business needs
  • Visit client sites/offices, foster relationships, manage communications and conduct regular monthly and quarterly business reviews; walk the halls of customer locations evaluating opportunities to support their growth 
  • Develop and manage strategic account plans
  • Design multiple solution proposals for new and existing clients
  • Improve and maintain customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and communicate customer satisfaction results with the firm
  • Prepare and present regular status reports and analyses to clients
  • Manage high-level relationships with clients. Speak comfortably on reporting, analytics, and the success we are delivering tied to client
  • Work remotely and travel (50%+) 
  • Manage client onboarding and relationship plan

Qualifications

Human Resources Consultant required skills & qualifications include:

  • BA/BS degree  
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a high tolerance of ambiguity  
  • Business Process Outsourcing experience
  • Strong communications, presentation, influencing and interpersonal and client service skills
  • Ability to work independently, with little oversight, but with accountability to executive management 
  • Results-oriented problem-solving skills; strong analytical skills 
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Strong technical knowledge preferred
  • Professional healthcare experience preferred
  • Able to travel as needed
