Aware Recovery Care (ARC) offers a holistic approach to treatment and changes the way clients receive care throughout the country. ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Intake Coordinator is responsible for administering and scoring Intake Assessments for prospective and incoming Aware Recovery Care (ARC) Clients. Intake Coordinators will work in the admissions department and collaborate with the appropriate Integrated Healthcare Services personnel across ARC agencies to ensure assessments have been completed and clients are properly set up to enter the program.
**This position is 100% remote **
**The working hours and shifts considered will be 4 days a week at 10 hours each day or 3 days a week at 12 hours each day, we are looking for full time and per diem employees, weekend shifts are required**
**The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $85,000 , salary is based on type of licensure and overall experience**

Job Duties and Responsibilities
● Administer initial assessment with ASAM scoring according to Aware protocols
● Determine level of care needs including whether there are needs for In-Home Withdrawal Management (HWM), detoxification, psychiatric stabilization, etc.
● Depending on licensure and training, complete additional assessments and screenings including CIIWA, COWS, CSSRS
● Responsible for the initial screening to determine whether appropriate for direct admission into In-Home Addiction Treatment (IHAT)
● Assessing and determining appropriate recommendations to support clients within IHAT including MATs, team support, outside provider needs, etc. to help support CC treatment planning for clients
● Providing clinical support to Admissions for conditional admission placements
● Reviewing Higher Level of Care (HLOC) documentation to ensure clinical appropriateness for IHAT LOC
● After completing initial assessments, notifying the appropriate Integrated Healthcare Services Director (IHSD) personnel to ensure proper final review and signature
● Alignment with admission/company goals and initiatives
● Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
● LCSW/LICSW, LSW, LMFT, LPC/LMHC or RN/LPN licensure required
● One year of professional clinical social work experience or at least one year of professional nursing experience within the past three years required
● Experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) or Mental Health
● License to be in good standing
● Prior experience assessing and evaluating clients

● Hand hygiene (Staff member washes hands properly, following ARC and CDC standards)

● Complete Drugs of Abuse module (screening for intoxication and withdrawal symptoms)
● Complete Ethics module
● Complete Treatment Planning module
