Job Duties and Responsibilities

The IT Manager is responsible for managing the IT team members, equipment and services of the organization. The IT Manager will supervise software support, hardware maintenance, helpdesk requests, and training on new technology.

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-level information technology functions such as:

                  Server maintenance, monitoring, and upgrades
                  Monitor server and network downtime and resolve major issues

  • Supervise positions/vendors responsible for software support and other functions such as:

                  Hardware setup and maintenance (PCs, Laptops, Tablets, etc.)
                  Resolving Helpdesk requests

  • Build and grow high functioning technology team, including:

                 Consistent and documented 1:1s, development plans, and team tactical meetings
                 Ensuring professional development for personal and professional growth

  • Provide input to, understand, and adhere to created budget
  • Create alignment of customer service expectations and internal department processes and SLAs



  • Bachelor’s degree required in a technology related field.
  • A minimum of five years of IT experience in technical knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft 365, and understanding of HIPAA compliance.
  • Exposure to leadership/management experience , such as planning, delegation, coaching, and communication, are essential.
  • A valid NC driver’s license, at least 3 years of driving with a driver’s license and clean driving record are required. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.

Salary Range:$57,000- $60,000
