Join Latitude Therapy as a Lead Clinic RBT – Pod Lead in Bridgeton, Missouri and help deliver high-quality ABA services that change lives. In this clinic-based leadership role, you’ll provide direct ABA therapy while mentoring and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) within the clinic.

You’ll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure treatment integrity, assist with training new team members, and help maintain high standards of clinical care for children and families.

Location: Clinic (3859 Fee Fee Road, Bridgeton, MO)

Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Full-time position (35+ hours per week)

Compensation
• $22 – $25 per hour based on experience

Direct Client Care

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Monitor session quality and adherence to behavior intervention plans.
• Assist BCBAs in collecting and reviewing data to ensure treatment fidelity and client progress.

Staff Mentorship & Training

• Support and mentor RBTs by modeling best practices, providing feedback, and assisting with troubleshooting clinical challenges.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new RBTs and assist with competency checks.

Clinical Collaboration

• Collaborate with BCBAs to refine intervention strategies and suggest improvements.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Clinic Operations Support

• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and clinic organization as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required
• Must pass a background check and meet all local/state regulatory requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as an RBT in an ABA setting
• 1+ year of experience as a Lead RBT preferred
• Experience mentoring or training RBTs preferred

Skills

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of clients with varying behavioral needs

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to talk, hear, stand, walk at a brisk pace, sit, and use hands and arms to handle, feel, and reach
• Ability to accompany clients anywhere in their homes or community settings
• Occasionally required to stoop or kneel and lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be physically able to implement Mandt procedures
• Must be able to react and intervene quickly during crisis situations such as client elopement, aggression, or verbal outbursts
