The Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across clinical and administrative roles within Alongside ABA. This includes Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Clinical Supervisors, and administrative staff.
Pay: $25 – $28 / hour
Availability: Monday-Friday: Hours Flexible (Full-Time, Remote)

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for:
- BTs / RBTs
- BCBAs (including BCBA-D)
- Administrative and support staff
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and timelines
- Conduct screening calls
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams
- Manage offer process, including compensation alignment and negotiation
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates via phone, email, and text to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process
- Ensure smooth handoff to onboarding
- Maintain and update recruitment-related spreadsheets and documentation.
- Ensure all hiring practices follow applicable laws and regulations and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
2. Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using:
- Job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- ABA-specific platforms
- University partnerships (ABA programs)
- Networking and referrals
- Develop proactive strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
3. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice within the ABA field
- Collaborate with marketing to create job ads, campaigns, and social media content
- Represent Alongside at job fairs, university events, and industry conferences
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic partner to clinical leadership and operations
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges
- Advise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or ABA strongly preferred)
- 1+ years of recruiting BCBAs (preferred)
- 1+ years of recruiting administrative positions (preferred)
- Familiarity with ABA roles (RBT, BCBA) and certification requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and ATS systems
- Strong time management skills and ability to stay on top of targets.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to job fairs and recruitment events.
