  • Schedule and coordinate registered nurses (RNs) for direct care work, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient allocation of resources. 
  • Provide direct care and support to clients as an LPN/caregiver during field assignments, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and adherence to care plans. 
  • Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and provide information to clients, their families, and other stakeholders. 
  • Organize and maintain all paperwork, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping, in accordance with regulatory guidelines. 
  • Facilitate the transmission of important documents by sending faxes and ensuring their accuracy and timely delivery. 
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients, providing necessary information and ensuring excellent customer service. 
  • Foster a professional, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere in the office, promoting a positive work environment for all team members.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

  • An unencumbered license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state where care is provided
  • Minimum of (1) year nursing experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
  • Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray
  • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull
  • Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds
