We are actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for day, night, and weekend 12-hour shifts.

What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home
- Perform PDN skills including G-tube care, trach care, oxygen therapy, and suctioning
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure patient safety
- Assist with daily routines and ADLs (including school prep when needed)
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
Current Pensacola Openings
- 24/7 Coverage Available (Days, Nights & Weekends)
- Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Roles
- 12-hour shifts available
- Evening/Weekend Case:
- Weekdays: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida LPN or RN license
- Experience in home care, PDN, or skilled nursing preferred
- Experience with G-tube, trach, ventilator, or oxygen therapy preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
