The Marketing and Design Associate will be key in helping ACES’ evangelize our differentiated clinical model and value proposition so we can attract committed clients and team members.
The Marketing and Design Associate will establish and deliver processes, programs, and technology that enable ACES to compete and win in an increasingly competitive ABA client market. This person will play a critical role in the continuous improvement of the end-to-end Marketing process, drive critical sales and marketing insights and analytics, manage key vendor relationships, and help measure and deliver ROI and effectiveness of various Marketing investments. They are known for their creativity, design sense, organizational skill set, and ability to see the bigger picture.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Marketing and Design Associate will play a crucial role in understanding and driving ACES’ complete marketing mix and utilizing market research and consumer behavior analysis to enact effective strategies. They will be a master cross-team collaborator, working side by side with sales, talent acquisition, clinical care teams and more.

  • Develops innovative strategies to attract customers to ACES through various web-based marketing programs and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
  • Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of each product or service.
  • Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing function runs smoothly
  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new materials and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
  • Create reports on marketing and sales metrics
  • Assist with organizing promotional events
  • Create (content and design) marketing materials
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies and content
  • Provide necessary data, analytics and insights to support decision making
  • Develop consultative relationships across the organization to improve
  • Communicate and regularly evaluate dependencies between initiatives and actions
  • Serve as air traffic control to track and execute Marketing needs for Sales, Recruiting, Communications, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 3+ years of applicable Marketing experience, with knowledge of healthcare services a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and strategies
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Ability to creatively design marketing materials
  • An innate desire for organization and structure, and an incredible level of detail orientation
  • Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables
  • The ability to convey information clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to build the trust and confidence of a wide range of stakeholders
  • Passion for excellence, willing to go the extra mile to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high-quality work product
  • Ability to succinctly summarize large amounts of information
  • Expert in MS Office, Google Apps, Google Adwords, web analytics


  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 10 pounds.
  • May include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, typing and viewing a screen(s) for long periods of time.
