✔Avg pay per 60-min massage: $52–$62 (includes gratuity)
✔Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80–100 min treatments

✔W-2 position – We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Signature/Relaxation Massage – 60 min – $52-$56

Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone – 60 min – $57–$61

Extended Modalities – 80 – 100 min – $63–$80
✔ Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
✔ Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
✔ Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually
✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
