Spavia Fishers is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists!!

✔Avg pay per 60-min massage: $48–$61 (includes gratuity)
✔Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80–100 min treatments
✔Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
✔W-2 position – We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Transparent Pay

Modality – Time – Pay (Including Gratuity)

  • Signature/Relaxation Massage – 60 minutes – $48-$50

  • Advanced Deep Tissue / Sports / Salt Stone – 60 minutes – $57-$61

  • Extended Modalities – 80-100 minutes – $63-$80

✔ Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
✔ Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
✔ Experienced therapists at Spavia Fishers
✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

 Schedule & Benefits

  • Full-time or part-time

  • Weekend/evening availability preferred

  • 10-minute turnover between services

  • Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
