✔Avg pay per 60-min massage: $52–$62 (includes gratuity)
✔Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80–100 min treatments

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide customized massages: Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and more
Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and cbd) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes
Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
Qualifications
Massage Therapist Requirements:
- Active State Licensed Massage Therapists/MBlex Certification
- Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
- Professional, and drug/alcohol-free
- A passion for working with people
- Can-do attitude and high energy
- A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry
