Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Scheduling of clients
- Perform duties using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Administratively support the Directors, Admin Team, and Therapy Team
- Manage office supply orders, office mail and organization
- Filing and archiving
- Greet families and support as needed
- Answer phone calls/emails and provide information about services
Qualifications
Requirements
- Previous experience in Admin and/or general business field
- Exemplary planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding and experience with
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and basic office technology
- Self-motivated, reliable with a high level of flexibility
- Desire to be a team player and strong contributor
