Renter Responsibilities for Using the Space
- Timely Payments: Renters are responsible for paying the rental fees on time as agreed in the rental contract.
- Space Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the space during and after use. This includes:
- Cleaning up any equipment, materials, or personal items.
- Removing trash and leaving the space as found.
- Damage Liability: Notify the owner of any damages to the space or equipment. Renters may be held responsible for the repair or replacement costs of any damages caused during their rental period.
- Compliance with Rules: Adhere to any rules set by the property owner, including but not limited to:
- Noise levels.
- Maximum occupancy limits.
- Prohibition of illegal activities.
- Client Management: Ensure all clients follow the space’s rules and respect the property. The renter is responsible for their clients’ actions while on the premises.
- Timely Access and Departure: Only use the space during the agreed-upon rental hours and ensure all personal items and clients have vacated by the end of the rental period.
- No Unauthorized Use: Do not sublease or share the space with third parties without prior approval.
- Communication: Report any issues, maintenance needs, or scheduling conflicts promptly to the property owner or manager.
