Renter Responsibilities for Using the Space

  1. Timely Payments: Renters are responsible for paying the rental fees on time as agreed in the rental contract.
  2. Space Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the space during and after use. This includes:
    • Cleaning up any equipment, materials, or personal items.
    • Removing trash and leaving the space as found.
  3. Damage Liability: Notify the owner of any damages to the space or equipment. Renters may be held responsible for the repair or replacement costs of any damages caused during their rental period.
  4. Compliance with Rules: Adhere to any rules set by the property owner, including but not limited to:
    • Noise levels.
    • Maximum occupancy limits.
    • Prohibition of illegal activities.
  5. Client Management: Ensure all clients follow the space’s rules and respect the property. The renter is responsible for their clients’ actions while on the premises.
  6. Timely Access and Departure: Only use the space during the agreed-upon rental hours and ensure all personal items and clients have vacated by the end of the rental period.
  7. No Unauthorized Use: Do not sublease or share the space with third parties without prior approval.
  8. Communication: Report any issues, maintenance needs, or scheduling conflicts promptly to the property owner or manager.
  9. Adherence to Local Laws: Comply with all applicable health, safety, and zoning regulations related to the intended use of the space.
