Job Duties and Responsibilities
What Will Your Responsibilities Be as a BCBA at KGH?
- Design and implement ABA treatment programs for children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments.
- Mentor and supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Provide family guidance based on clinical recommendations.
- Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment protocols based on data.
Qualifications
Requirements of the BCBA Position:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Completion of 8 hours of supervisor training (or pending completion).
- Strong understanding of advanced ABA principles.
