The role of New Partner Success Lead is completely focused on identifying, engaging, and enrolling the right practices or health care organization to partner with our service lines (SmileMD and IHCare+) to drive sustainable patient volume and company revenue growth.
This role is also instrumental in developing and refining best practices to create a more efficient and predictable pipeline of prospect partners to support our key service lines.
The person in this role must live within one hour of a major airport.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist VP Partner Success and Growth achieve success against key service line patient growth and revenue targets.
- Deeply understand and refine each service line’s value proposition in a way that maximizes the appeal and consideration of the business.
- Continue to identify and develop tools and solutions to identify the right potential partner quickly and effectively in targeted states and markets for each service line.
- Help VP of Partner Success and Growth capture the right talking points and content to address known prospect pain points and objections to maximize the success of our business development efforts.
- Strategically manage prospect conversations and new business efforts to optimize the timing of bringing on new business to best align with available clinical care team availability in all target regions and markets.
- Based on feedback from prospects, continuously shape and refine our messaging and content needs to improve our impact during new business presentations.
- Maintain ongoing connections to Partner Success Managers and their existing accounts to provide strategy and thought leadership counsel to help those PSM’s increase their ability to grow individual partner satisfaction and ongoing case day requests.
- Strategically evaluate ongoing market opportunities and developments to shift focus and resources within business development plans to maximize success.
- Help VP Partner Success and Growth identify challenges and opportunities that need to be elevated to Leadership to improve market success and grow partner volume.
- Review data/BI dashboards to identify opportunities for growth or emerging challenges to be proactively addressed.
- Develop creative outreach strategies and test, refine, and improve those strategies and tactics to build capabilities for the overall business development function.
- Assist in ongoing reporting to better engage the organization around partner performance in each region/market.
- Direct ongoing attention to PSM’s to help them better understand how to grow and expand those relationships to provide incremental growth outside of new partners.
- Serve as the company leader/representative in key region and state events, conferences, and meetings where those activities can raise awareness and consideration for the company and our service lines among key industry stakeholders and influencers.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive successful outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to keep composed under pressure and comfortably handle conflict resolutions in person, over the phone and through email
- Proficiency in company CRM tool to manage prospects and plan business
- Understanding of medical terminology is preferred but not always required.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy packages or medical equipment as needed.
- Willingness to undergo background checks, drug screenings, and comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
