Occupational Therapist (OT) – Panama City
BrightStar Care is hiring a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide meaningful 1:1 therapy services in the home for patients receiving skilled care. This role focuses on helping clients regain independence and improve daily living skills in the comfort of their own homes.
What You’ll Do
• Provide personalized 1:1 in-home occupational therapy services
• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility goals
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team

What You Need
• Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Home health experience preferred
