Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health (PRN)

BrightStar Care of Spanish Fort is looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-home therapy team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home OT services

  • Focus on ADLs, safety, and independence

  • Create and update individualized treatment plans

  • Treat patients from evaluation through discharge

  • Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • Active Alabama OT license

  • Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
