Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients with frame and lens selections
- Conduct accurate and thorough eyewear fittings and adjustments
- Educate patients on lens options, frames, and other optical products
- Process orders and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with the optical team to achieve sales goals and targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and products through ongoing training and education
Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in optical products, eyewear, and contact lenses.
- Strong leadership skills with the drive to help the practice grow.
- Enthusiastic about marketing and promoting the practice.
- A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
