- Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth and organized calendar for our patients and therapists.

- Answer phones, act as a patient liaison, answer any questions from potential or current patients
- Perform wellness check-ins, adopting a compassionate approach to assess patients’ well-being and satisfaction with their therapy progress.

Qualifications:
- AS or BS in Psychology, Sociology, or commensurate experience. Relevant experience in customer service, healthcare, or counseling is highly valued.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with patients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and appointments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in handling financial transactions and maintaining confidentiality.
- Bilingual abilities are a significant plus, enabling us to serve a diverse patient population more effectively.
