Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Customer Care Marketing Specialist (CCMS) will play a crucial role in enhancing our patient’s experience and increase the visibility of physical therapy services among physician offices and the community at large:
- Leads initiatives to build volume and favorable provider perceptions among internal and external referral streams.
- Develops and implements specific outreach, relationship building, and marketing plans to meet goals.
- Must exhibit excellent time management skills, organization and communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Analyzing referral data, checking DMR daily, and facilitating marketing campaigns.
- Ability to use certain templates and programs for tracking and leads management.
- Willing to visit physician offices within a 5-mile radius of the clinic and develop strong business relationships with local community organizations and businesses.
- Works collaboratively with other system functions that interact with physician offices, including hospital medical affairs, outbound referral systems, provider recruitment, and provider resources.
- Convert physician referrals to scheduled appointments
- Handle patient scheduling, appointments, multi-phone line
- Gather new patient data; keep track of all patient referrals
- Disseminate information to patients; act as a go-between for patients and physicians
- Manage patient scheduling
- Participate in community outreach activities
- Increase visibility and familiarity of the clinic among physicians
- Act as a liaison with behavioral health networks, facilitating referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- AS or BS in Marketing, Sales, Allied Health related field, or commensurate experience. Relevant experience in customer service, healthcare, or counseling is highly valued.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with patients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and appointments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in handling financial transactions and maintaining confidentiality.
- Bilingual abilities are a significant plus, enabling us to serve a diverse patient population more effectively.
