Hours: Monday 8:30am-5:30pm, Tuesday (rotates) 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:30am-7pm, Wednesday 8:30am-5:30pm, Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm, and Friday 8am-3:30pm 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Patient Coordinator job responsibilities include:

  • Completing patient charts for the next clinical day 
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with their needs
  • Working with a team in our business center

Qualifications

Patient Coordinator required skills & qualifications include:

  • Experience with vision/medical insurance preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work as a team as well as independently 
  • Ability to multi task 
  • Business office procedures knowledge; MS office skills & computers 
  • Must be able to maintain a professional attitude and be reliable
  • High School diploma/GED required
