Why You’ll Love This Job
Grow your career in a focused, patient-centered outpatient ENT practice with a strong emphasis on vestibular rehabilitation. We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team and support evidence-based care for patients experiencing balance, dizziness, and vestibular disorders.
In this role, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to carry out individualized treatment plans, provide one-on-one patient care, and contribute to a calm, well-organized clinical environment. Our practice values clear communication, consistency, and teamwork, and we prioritize thoughtful care over volume-driven treatment.
You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your skills in vestibular rehab within a collaborative setting that supports learning, mentorship, and professional growth. We use appropriate technology and current best practices to ensure high-quality care while maintaining realistic workflows and strong clinical standards.
This position is ideal for a PTA who values structure, accountability, and meaningful patient relationships, and who enjoys being part of a practice where professionalism, respect, and collaboration are expected and supported.
This is a great opportunity for a PTA interested in outpatient ENT and vestibular rehabilitation to grow within a stable, collaborative, and patient-focused practice.
