This highly motivated individual will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, collaborating closely with our staff, community, and local healthcare professionals to create a positive and lasting impact in our neighborhood. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Help the Physical Therapist in all aspects of patient care
- Under the guidance of the PT, perform therapy techniques/exercises
- Measure and track patient progress, informing PT of all changes
- Provide patients with needed continued care information
- Keep timely documentation and notes
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment
- Support a 1:1 patient care model focused on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program (accredited)
- Connecticut PTA license
